Net-new competitive asset. It required deep competitive research and also included promo copy.

North Star Playbook

Complete overhaul and refresh of a 2021 playbook. The scope also included the creation of a new "how-to" guide, extensive SME interviews, promo copy, blogs, and video scripts.

Net-new guide to provide a practical, interactive element to accompany North Star Playbook.

Net-new guide. It required extensive internal and external SME interviews, promo copy, and blogs.

In addition to writing content, I collaborated with the team to create a blog and social editorial calendar, a new platform messaging framework, integrated campaign planning and messaging, and web copy refresh while covering a three-month maternity leave on the team.

Customer Case Study: Bankers Life

I wrote a variety of net-new SEO blogs from July to September 2024 (at which point NICE acquired Playvox and vendor engagements were put on hold).
